I sometimes watch "Russian dashcams" on youtube.It seems that many Russians have dashcams because there are so many accidents.One dashcam video I saw appears to have been from a rural farming area and showed an old wooden cart...a flat one...being very slowly pulled by a horse that looked like it was 80 years old.Laying on the flat cart,appearing to be totally unconscious,was an old,unshaven man wearing tattered clothes.
