They should just bid at the auction and pay her estate the value. Then everyone would be happy

Maureen OHaras fur coasts I knew the woman had some fabulous "assets" but I think this may be a bit of an exaggeration...

I still have my fox, mink and seal coats. Furs are forever.

Oh, they “demand” do they?

PETA Director Elisa Allen said "Whereas decades ago, silver screen stars may have considered animal pelts glamorous, that's unthinkable today, given what we know about the cruel fur industry. If these fur coats are donated to PETA, we can put them to good use in our educational displays, hand them out to homeless people, or use them as bedding for orphaned animals."
What a great idea! I'm sure the homeless people would wear them rather than sell them for cash. Really? I'm surprised Allen can fog a mirror without help.

Good. I wanted to kill and skin a new animal instead of getting an old coat anyway.

Well, PETA is concerned:
...that should bring all of those dead animals back to life again ...

Hand them out to the homeless? Take them home and sell them on Ebay after wearing them a few times is more likely.
PETA euthanizes the animals it claims to save.
They are among the biggest hypocrites plaguing society today.

PETA thinks furs are an atrocity, but trading in the body parts of murdered babies is OK.

Yeah, don't you just love it. Rent an office, install a phone and a fax, then start demanding.
Just tell 'em to go piss up a rope.

They’re dead, Jim. Been that way for many years. You can’t save them. What difference does it make now? Maybe PETA should buy them and bury them. What else do you do with them?

The great Ms. O’Hara is my favorite actress....What a smart, tough lady she was to hold her own against the Duke and the Old Man!
