The fast food industry seems to be overemployed.
I went to a McDonald’s in NoVa and ordered at a kiosk. That was really cool because it had pictures of every item. I could actually pretend my order would look like that.
I have absolutely zero tolerance for weak-minded indecision. I sympathize with the worker.
When somebody in a service role is forced to wait on one of these simple-minded people that does not know what they want, time is stolen from them. Precious time.
Of course, I don’t own or manage that business...for good reason.
“NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!”
This manager needs to meet a customer like Michael Douglas in “Falling Down.” Two hair trigger tempers just waiting to explode over fast food issues.
I am of a mixed mind...
As a business owner, I would be horrified if one of my employees did this.
As a person who interacts with the public...it can be HUGELY frustrating.
We do custom printing and embroidering of apparel. I am always amazed by people who wish to order shirts, but have no idea of how many they need, what color they want, or how they want it decorated. But they will come in and ask “how much would some t-shirts cost?” You might as well go to an auto dealership and ask “how much does a car cost?” without knowing what you are going to use the car for!
do I curse?...yes...to myself....never would imagine creating so much chaos and being so out of control as these people in the video.
You need meth to make fast food fast.
The manager at the Burger King off 528 and Obregon Rd. in Rio Rancho, NM needs to be yelled at. That place is unbelievably slow. Or at least it used to be. (I haven’t been there in about 15 years, so what do I know?)
Hopefully x-manager now. You really don’t want that representing your company.
I have never had breakfast at a Burger King before. It would take me a few minutes to read the menu and decide what to order. Yelling at a newbie won’t solve the problem.
We tried a new breakfast place a week ago. We thought it was going to be a sit down place with a menu and a server. It wasn’t. It was order at the counter with a menu that was at least 30 items long, and nobody else in line when we arrived. The cashier became impatient with me. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.
Amish at it again?
It seems the manager is taking a cue from the NFL players. If you dont like what your customers say you can just show a tremendous lack of respect.
You know...F$&# the customer.
Have it your way, but hurry the **** up!
Here’s the youtube link, to the vid.

Looks like there are multiple recordings of rude Burger King managers/employees, on the yt sidebar :-O
Word to the wise. Do NOT eat at a fast food restaurant, except Chic Fil A...where the managers have a vested interest in their establishment.
CFA is the ONLY fast food restaurant we have patronized in the last decade +.
“...and uh...some Whammy fries....”
Just another example of how crass our culture has become.
I worked fast food at Burger King many years ago and I sympathize with the manager.
