Like many celebrities on Thursday, Uma Thurman wished her fans a happy Thanksgiving on social media. But the Kill Bill star also used the post to send a strong message to Harvey Weinstein and his wicked conspirators.
The Oscar-nominated actress, who starred in the Weinstein-produced films Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, had previously said she needed to wait to feel less angry before commenting on the ever-growing list of sexual misconduct accusations leveled at the disgraced mogul.
And now, she has sent a very Bride-like message his way. I am grateful today, to be alive, for all those I love, and for all those who have the courage to stand up for others, she wrote Thursday on Instagram alongside a picture of herself in Kill Bill. I said I was angry recently, and I have a few reasons, #metoo, in case you couldnt tell by the look on my face. I feel its important to take your time, be fair, be exact, so
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! (Except you Harvey, and all your wicked conspirators Im glad its going slowly You dont deserve a bullet) -stay tuned Uma Thurman

Weinstein still had a lot of power and influence at the time. I think a lot of the actresses didn’t want to hurt their careers. Now it isn’t a bad career move to go after Weinstein.
I'm going to break what what I've previously (and repeatedly...) written on this topic with a simple question:
How many TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars did Uma Thurman make starring in films that Weinstein's company funded even after Weinstein allegedly had his way with her as she claims?
How angry and ashamed did she actually feel, profiting off of what happened to her? She starred in Pulp Fiction and what, three Kill Bill movies? Can't be too ashamed and angry profiting from those very popular and high box office grossing movies like that.
Having said that: Women who've been sexually abused typically don't keep relationships with their abusers like Uma Thurman did with Harvey Weinstein. A woman who's been abused as she claims wouldn't profit from the poisoned fruit of that "relationship." The overwhelming majority of women would run the other way.
I personally think Uma Thurman is one of the fake #MeToo myself and her speaking out not only lacks credibility IMO, she's damaging the real victims of sexual abuse. You simply cannot profit from an abusive situation like this and have any credibility, IMO.
By the way, I think yours is the question of the day.
You have poor taste in movies.
She and the rest of Hollywierd are whores. It isn’t IF you will, the question is for how much.
>She and the rest of Hollywierd are whores. It isnt IF you will, the question is for how much.
Most civilizations of the past of gave the same social status as whores to actors and actresses. I can see why.
Exactly. She took the money... Repeatedly. Now she’s trying to get on the ‘right side’ of the issue.
The threat of lawsuits, basically. When you are told if you say anything in public, you will be sued, it is a strong factor. Happened to me. Not about sex. Company in LA. Not Hollywood. They dont call So Cal a rat race for nothing.
Yep - imagined her using the sword on Harvey’s Weinstein.....
What’s tragic is that so many of these beautiful young men and women willingly immersed themselves in the Hollywood sewer to achieve their ambitious goals of appearing on the big screen. For the price of fame, they sold their bodies and souls to the Hollywood devils.

Bump! I completely agree with every word you wrote.
If youre going there, Pulp Fiction. Thats his best by a country mile
I like Tarantino very much. The retro style with all the added aged effects all appeal to my graphic arts sensibilities. Agree Pulp Fiction is the best he directed, but his best film has to be True Romance.
By 1995-2000 Uma Thurman was an international celebrity, and quite wealthy from modelling, product sponsorships and several movies.
Moreover, she had access not merely to US media but European magazines, especially British.
Whatever Weinsteins power, its hard to imagine any great risk to Thurman, already insulated by wealth and celebrity. Or at any rate the risk was of not being quite as wealthy as she could have been.
He didn’t direct it. And still not remotely close to being as good as pulp Fiction.
My opinion.
Make sure you don't get a nosebleed up there on your mountaintop of pure moral virtue, fellas.
She is one of the biggest names in Hollywood, Harvey is toast.
I know he didnt, Tony Scott did. One of the reasons A list actors lined up for it. Tarantino wrote it coming of the cult success of Reservoir Dogs.
