Gender fluidity in style is no longer a thing for only women, but men too. Thom Browne, an American designer seems to think men should embrace the trend too and rock a few pieces ‘borrowed from the girls’. His spring summer collection presented at the ongoing Men’s fashion week had a slew of dress shirts, tunics, maxi dresses and skirts all worn with pointy toe heels.

Man bun, man bag, man skirt, etc. It is still a bun, a purse, and a skirt. No sale. Two brief comments that will show that I watch too much TV:
1. American Horror Story: Cult has a main character who has a man bun; it looks ridiculous on any man.
And, 2. In an episode of Friends, Rachel lends Joey what can only be called a purse; she tells him it's a "man bag." So he goes to an audition carrying it. Didn't go over very well. LOL!

John Revolta was never much as an icon of masculinity ...I agree, but thought he was good in SNF and as a "Sweathog" in Welcome Back Kotter".
In any case, rumors still exist that he is gay. I think one guy was or still is suing him over some matter related to that. Yet he was cast to play John Gotti in an upcoming film! Don't know if it has been released yet. But what a terrible choice for the role. Not that I'm any sort of fan of Gotti. Guy was a ruthless thieving murderous SOB. But still.
