Doesn’t seem to be working that way. At this point 197K people are glad that POTUS spoke up about the insulting amoral response of the father.
Our President doesn’t hit first and is the first to offer a helping hand but he hits back when attacked and that makes all the difference to many Americans. Let losers like Mitch pretend they are above the fray in Mt Olympus. POTUS stand tall.
