Ok, I️ am 72 and take 1200 MHz of Metiformin daily. I️ banged my diet and introduced water wasp king daily. AC1 went from 6.5 to 6.3 in 60 days while dropping 8 lbs. First I️ hydrated with 34 ounces of water immediately and have 36 to 48 ounces the rest of the day. I️ eat 5 or 6 times in the day. Mid day I️ have 1/2 cup oatmeal, milk and half a piece of fruit. I️ reserve the other half for a snack late in the morning. Lunch is salad with lots of vinegar and less of oil. Then another piece of fruit in the afternoon. I️ will reserve a ost o Trail Mix as hunger booster. Dinner is meat and 2 vets. I️ will have melon as tv snack. No whites, no dairy, no beards, no potatoes. I️ have lost in 4 months 30 lbs. Probably could lose more however I️ am satisfied with lb per week.

I’m 54 and I take 25 mg. Jardiance and 1000 mg. (x2) Metformin daily, and a .75 mg. shot of Trulicity once a week. My primary doctor put me on a 37.5 mg. daily dose of Adipex to jump start some weight loss. I want on a paleo/low carb diet starting in June (no bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc. - lots of meat and green vegetables, no junk food, a lot of tea and sparkling water), and have gone from 266 lbs. to 240 in five months. My oncologist noticed my platelet count, while still dangerously low, is rebounding a little, and the enlargement in my liver and spleen are lessening. I see my primary again in two weeks, and I’m anxious to see where my A1C is now after almost six months of a new diet and weight loss. It was 9.2 in June.
