Impressive degree of control. I’d want a GPS pinger on this thing because if it gets away from you, it could be in the next county!

Cool! Thanks for sharing.

The control surfaces seem HUGE for something that fast.
I suppose he can dial back the gain on the transmitter... and he has far better eyes than I do to even see to control it.

Geez...that engine on the RC even sounds like a “big boy” engine.

Holy cow, that thing’s fast? Gotta be a great pilot to control that one, I bet.

I thought there were laws on the speed of those things?
Ah, the brief speech sounded German. Not in the US.
FWIW, Nikola Tesla was the first person to use radio remote control. Toy boat in a pond in Central Park.
To: Rebelbase
I bet that thing could get out of range in about 10 seconds.

I thought there were laws on the speed of those things? Don't know anything specific to RC, but below 10,000 feet, its 250 knots (IAS).

Yeah, the hobby is an awesome hobby, but too expensive. Fun to watch though. 8>) Thanks for your suggestions. Will check them out.

someone is going to weaponize this. The world gets more dangerous every day. After seeing this video, Jerry Brown is already on the phone to the Legislature to ban "politician killer" drones like this in California. :)

Great post! Thanks.

Awesome amount of glide time after fuel depleted. Thought for a moment it was going to corkscrew into the turf but... dayum!
