His lawyers said it would take at least three weeks to get his materials ready for presentation. The FBI has the recordings in their custody.

His lawyer was on Hannity a couple weeks ago (for three nights in a row if I recall) and she stated that it would be at least several weeks and probably a couple months before we heard anything from her client.
