Originally it was Justice League, with 4 out of the 7 original members not America (and 2 of 7 not even being Earthlings) that worked. Then came International and America. But most of the time it’s been non-designated.

Really? In its debut in Brave and the Bold #28 in 1960, it was clearly called the Justice League of America.

It was Justice League of America since the first appearance in Brave &Bold 28 in 1960 until the first series ended at issue 261 in 1987. Then it restarted as a new series without the of America later that year in a campy style. Since then there have been multiple titles carrying the first two words Justice League or the JLA acronym.
