That was Superfriends, which featured the Justice League of America. The JLA has been in comic books for over 50 years.

Note that for the movies, the JLA has had the “of America” cut off.

Originally it was Justice League, with 4 out of the 7 original members not America (and 2 of 7 not even being Earthlings) that worked. Then came International and America. But most of the time it’s been non-designated.
