The lawyer also said Carlson could not quote from the letter publicly, citing the copyright act, which Carlson clearly did not listen to. Well I suppose he would have to hold it up and let the cameras zoom in on it so the viewers could read it for themselves.

Oh, this is standard operating procedure for attorneys representing Democrats. I knew an attorney who was involved in one of the “birther” suits who received a similar threatening letter from none other than an attorney with the Perkins Coie firm. He paid as much attention to that letter as Tucker Carlson has to this one ... unfortunately, that attorney didn’t have a mic like Tucker’s. So thankful Tucker is armed that way.
