If you ENJOY her writhing on stage, then yes, it leads to STDs. When I see her over the top sex reenactments, I am reminded that all mammals have sex when in heat and there is no real frontal lobe skills in pantomiming it. I just read through the lyrics. It alludes to fellatio, (obvious), cunnilingus, and bodily secretions. Compare and contrast to something like “Pet Sounds” to see the cultural rot.
