WHO IS SINGER ADELE REALLY SAYING HELLO TO IN HER SONG?
Scotty 復庵で It amazes me... is everyone in the music industry satanic?? Dang it Adel!! Couldn't you just not gone this way? Wow !! You can't watch or listen to anything these days!
xara malindi Call thank you for waking people up with these idols Satanists but can you low down on this demon alester Crowley s devil teachings because it affects us
Sorry, didn’t realize there were private cliques within Free Republic.
Some of the comments of the folks, whom you imply are braying asses, may be speaking discernment from God.
He breaks down the song lyrics towards the end of his post; I guess you didn’t watch the video on this Pentecostal caucus thread before you posted?
? You are criticizing me for linking to a video that asks about Adele’s spiritual beliefs as evil — and then you hotlink to SNL as some sort of spiritual arbiter of Judeo Christian culture?
Weird. I saw the clip when it originally aired. But thanks for outing yourself.
Why are you so angry.
What I’m saying is important.
You don’t want to send people to videos that detail how to do abortions to tell them abortion is wrong.
Are you a Christian?
If they are speaking wisdom from God, and not just posting without listening to the entire audio, then they can make their case with specific evidence or insight.
But thanks for trying to point out the difference between the God’s wisdom as revealed through Baalam’s Ass and of rank, run of the mill, braying asses.
Are you a Pentecostal, btw, on this pentecostal caucus thread?
Please get off this thread.
This thread does not link to Adele performing satanic rites or ritual, does it?
Are you Pentecostal?
It’s a pentecostal caucus thread, so feel free to give your spiritual discernment on this growing issue, if you are pentecostal.
LOL. I'm "done"?
What in the world are you talking about.... with this threatening language?
Was that a typo or why all the vitriol in your post on this pentecostal caucus thread?
LOL, oh, I see what you were trying to say....
I apologize for taking offense...
So you are saying Julie Andrews and Adele have the same problem now?
Interesting.
I respect the caucuses on the Religion forum and would not post if I did not think I was qualified nor had anything to add.
As for the SNL post I made, that post is supporting your fundamental point that pop music and pop culture is replacing Christianity as a common denominator in our society.
It’s essentially a pop song taking the place of God as an object of veneration that brings the family together when in the past it would have been a spiritual song.
SNL did not do the sketch to make that point. They are oblivious to it. There is, though, a spirit behind it that is not oblivious to it.
I also supported you in asking certain posters to leave the thread in that it is a (caucus) thread. So I don’t understand the hostility, but OK.
Again, it’s a Pentecostal caucus and you obviously didn’t listen to the whole audio.
I really wanted a Christian discussion with spiritual discernment about this issue.
And I asked if you were Pentecostal with a sense of modern pop culture discernment (a discernment that Jesus Christ expects of us as His followers)?
This thread was posted so people of pentecostal faith could discuss modern issues of pop culture, since the Lady Gaga photo with the five former presidents is emblematic of the fact that Andrew Breitbart was prophetic with his idea that
“politics is downstream from pop culture’...
IOW, your SNL clip asks a question that was settled years ago by Christian thinkers... of course pop culture is intent on replacing Christianity.
Finally, my post was about whether or not Adele could possible be a conscious enemy of Christ.
Let me say that almost all of my secular, agnostic friends all understand the problem of Satanism in the Entertainment industry.
For certain FReepers to act like this is some outlandish conspiracy theory is ignorant, dated and weird, considering Christ’s admonitions that we are to beware the “enemy’s devices”.
Your posts lack modern spiritual discernment and you are obviously not a Pentecostal, so again, why are you on this thread?
Define Pentecostal.
I told you I qualify, so I am wondering what you mean (and why the hostility).
“Finally, my post was about whether or not Adele could possible be a conscious enemy of Christ.”
What do you mean by conscious?
And does it matter if conscious or not?
I did not throw out Ephesians 5:12 cavalierly. Indeed all of Ephesians addresses this.
You are obviously not a Pentecostal, otherwise you wouldn’t ask me about whether or not Adele made a free will, i.e. conscious decision about being an enemy of Jesus or not.
Your questions are, frankly, really stupid about spiritual issues.
And I use the word “stupid” in the same manner that the apostle Paul used it.
Please get off this thread.
Because of you and other ignorant posters, I’ve not gotten one actual Pentecostal answer.
Please get off this thread.
I agree. This song is not evil, nor is it about Satan! People jump to conclusions at times.
I think you have too much hostility.
You’ve got a spirit of anger for some reason.
Second Timothy 1 tells us we do not have a spirit of fear but if power, love and sound mind.
6Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. 7For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
