First question I had: was he being blackmailed?

My first guess would be he's a fellow traveler. You get the drift:Any thing is acceptable if it ushers in Liberal Utopia! He ruled against Trump because he thought the travel ban was directed against Mozlems. Hello? The banned are not citizens and therefore don't have Citizen protections. Discrimination is not only legal in such cases but in time of war the very right to life itself gets blown to bits for non citizens! (And Islam is at perpetual war with EVERYBODY)

Of course he is owned. There are so many ways he could be. What does he want, what has he done? Usually connects back to sex or money.
