There is not snowballs chance that Congress will start doing its job and start impeaching these badly behaved and out of control judges.It happened at least once in 1863. In order to boot out Judge William Matthew Merrick Congress dissolved the court out from under him.
It Bannon gets enough RINO’s replaced we could dissolve the circuit courts then fill them back up with judges who actually adhere to the rule of law . A better solution is Article V
