Perhaps as startling as the revelation that the FBI was investigating the Hillary Clinton/Russia/Uranium One collusion and that key figures like Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe knew about it and said nothing, is the refusal by Attorney General Jeff Sessions to remove the non-disclosure agreement gag order on the FBI informant who arguably could put Bill and Hillary Clinton and a few others in federal prison.
It was said the Jeff Sessions recused himself from all things Russian because of election campaign conflicts but is it really because he thought it would insulate him from having to divulge what he knew about Uranium One and the people who at the very least knew about the deal, some who approved the deal, including past and present members of the FBI, the DOJ, and Special Counsel Robert Millers team? Is Jeff Sessions part of the Uranium One cover-up? If not, then he needs to explain why he is thus far refusing Sen. Chuck Grassleys request to lift the gag order imposed by the Obama administration as part of the Uranium One cover-up:

True. But he knows this.
DOJ worked this uranium stuff for nine months in total secrecy. No leaks. About a week before it drops, Trump says “calm before the storm.” This was exactly what he was referring to.
And who’se in charge now? Trump and Sessions.
They have, time and again, shown that they are different from anyone. Over and over Trump does the unexpected.
And notice this: the uranium story was investigated by DOJ IN SECRET for nine months at least without a single leak. It’s coming out now . . . just a week after Trump says “calm before the storm.”
I won’t argue with you about Trump. But I sense that Sessions has establishment ties that run deep.
Alabamians who know Sessions say he is a dogged prosecutor who operates totally in silence.
Again, I hope you are right. But, his decision not to pursue the long list of crimes perpetrated by Hillary and her cohorts has to be troubling to most folks.
And again, you do not know what he is “pursuing.” He only said he personally was recused.
I’m beginning to wonder if the influence of the Clintons is beginning to wane. The chances for Hitlery to wield power in the next 4 years is zero and beyond that it is vanishingly small. When the Clintons were in power and were power brokers, people would commit Arkancide for them. While there are still plenty of die-hard corruptocrats out there, there are far fewer who are slavishly devoted to these has-beens, and few who think they are going to hitch their future to the Clintons careers.
I would expect that many of the opportunists who gigged for the Clintons might find some more profitable gigs by turning on the Clintons.
