He’s involved somehow with the fires in California. That’s my best guess.

The link at the top takes you to a video showing the Berkeley firefighters going to help in the Santa Rosa fire. They are filming their experience as they go through it.
I found it very interesting. Even fire fighters couldn't believe what they were seeing.
