Yes, it's a video of Berkeley firemen arriving to help fight the fire at Santa Rosa and being gobsmacked by the extent of it.

Today, driving from Marin into San Francisco, we passed four four trucks returning home (two from Torrance, one from El Segundo, and one from Redondo Beach). I saluted them, but I don't think they saw me.
