After crashing her BMW into several cars at high speed, college student Cariann Hithon sat behind the wheel as a noisy crowd gathered around her. Onlookers filming on their smartphones yelled for her to get out of the damaged car. Somebody hollered: “She drunk as sh*t.”
Uniformed Miami Beach police officers walked up. For a brief few seconds, it appeared nothing more than a routine, if harrowing, car accident on South Beach.

Just another arrogant black female with a temper defying logic and ration . Don’t blame the cops there’s an arrogant culture in their race that’s says all cops are bad . She was just resisting oppression . (sarc)
And then this gem from her dad:
“Her dad said he had “a lot of questions” about what exactly happened Sunday night, but he wouldn’t speculate without more information.
“She liked to drive fast, but what young person doesn’t drive fast?” he said.
His daughter was a champion for the undeserved, Hithon said. His last conversation with her was about the controversy over NFL players kneeling during the national anthem and police brutality in the United States.
“It’s kind of ironic she was killed by a police officer,” he said. “To end her life this way is obviously very devastating.”
Oh the irony indeed! Should’ve done a better job raising your spoiled brat and overly selfish daughter. The lack of respect you instilled in her cost her her very life. Oh well.....
She was a champion for the “undeserved.” LOL I agree with that. This champion for the underserved was driving a BMW.

The Miami New Times reports that the video has raised questions about whether the shooting violated police policy, because there does not appear to be anyone in front of Hithon’s car when the officer opened fire.And to those who think those claims are shown to clearly be false and ridiculous - remember how far "Hands Up Don't Shoot" and "Gentle Giant" went.[As if, having already run over one cop and hit another the thugette could not steer the car any way but straight ahead?]
"Apparently she was accosted by officers, and for whatever reason didn’t satisfy their demands," Cary Hithon told the Washington Post.
[As if the video showing the cops approaching her car demanding she get out proves she was being accosted and justified a black woman defending herself from police brutality BAMN?]
I wonder what evidence the reporters (JOEY FLECHAS, ALEX HARRIS AND DAVID OVALLE) had to suggest she panicked. Looks to me like there was no panic, just the attempted murder of a police officer.

I've seen people try to fight and react weird immediately after a high impact collusion. I saw a rb start removing his uniform because he thought he was getting in the shower. That was on the 40 yard line.
Maybe title of report should be this “Uncooperative car driver hits cars.runs over policemen, shot and killed by police after trying to flee or trying to committ more crime.”

On any level, for whatever cause or outcome, it is a sad description of the state of mankind.
I was out one night with my then room mate who was a cop. He pulled some kid over who was all over the road and arrested him for DUI. The kid was cuffed and put in the back seat and the started kicking the divider and spitting all over the backseat of the car. All the way to the station he was cussing and telling us that he was going to be a lawyer because he hated cops and the way they treated people.
About 2 year went by and his dream of being a lawyer died, along with him, when he came out of a residence with a shotgun and pointed at the cops.
He was a white kid and this was in 1984.
Seems quite likely. Perhaps she was going to be an “aspiring rap lawyer” who bust a rhyme at pleading time in court after a short snort.
Cop should have fired six rounds, not three.
So this is the type attracted to law school. An entitled, affirmative action Eric Holder, Bath House, Loretta Lynch wannabe, driving a BMW (no doubt given to her). The cop who offed her did us all a favor.
I’m not arguing that. Just that people will act strangely after such a collusion. Often due to having a concussion. Leo and such should be aware of that.

A much safer law specialty is something like “Small Town Pizza Lawyer” like the guy in the Little Caesar’s TV commercial.
She already hit one person and she was still in possession of the weapon (car)
