I’m not arguing that. Just that people will act strangely after such a collusion. Often due to having a concussion. Leo and such should be aware of that.

We, including LEOs, can all be aware of the effects of concussions, rabies, psychotic delusions and whatever - but its only LEOs who have the responsibility to confront people acting out their violent effects and stopping their deadly consequences.
