Not a lot of training is required to spray a barrel of fish 400 yards away.
A sniper takes out discrete targets rather than carpet bomb with unaimed rounds

Everyone I know says something doesnt smell right... As the days roll by, the stories change even more. There's now speculation from a prior SEAL that overlapping fire came from 2 different directions.
