It is terrible to contemplate, but the possibility that Stephen Paddock was an undercover federal operative or informant cannot be ruled out. He may have been set up or used by ISIS and/or a federal agency in a scheme that backfired.
The feds may have thought they were going to catch ISIS in the act of preparing a major terrorist attack. ISIS terrorists may have thought Paddock was one of them, but realized at the last minute it was a set-up. They claimed him as one of their own anyway.

I think there is some evidence for another option: he was a paid hitman doing a job he was paid to do.
The guy has made million on gambling, which suggests he’s been paid millions for illegal work and laundered through the casinos. He also traveled all over the world on mysterious trips.
He had an escape plan, which means this wasn’t about a suicide mission.
He did ballistic calculations on a notebook, which also seems to suggest he’s a professional.
What if he was a professional hitman and this was a paid job.
Look at column 4. MGM puts aren’t even in the list’s top 10 for value. It’s a mathematical nothingburger.

The media coverage on this is truly bizarre. Here you have the “Muzzi” ISIS claiming involvement showing up everywhere in the UK press but gets buried here in the US. Even in this posting which has thus far well over 100 replys and of those replys I didn’t see many that brought this up.
Why wont they ? Perhaps it’s because according to their codex known as Sharia the actions taken by Paddock has been sanctioned by Almighty God.
Because most political perverts don’t believe in such a thing as God they can’t concieve of followers of Islam believing in what they are doing is actually serving God. It must be something else.
So the progressive perverts running the show avoid bringing that up and blame guns. By not confronting this the carnage continues .

But I think the author is correct in that this doesn’t seem right, then, he takes some wild stabs, probably to get a column out. So, as someone else here said, it doesn’t hold together... but we may find out more things.
