Singer Nancy Sinatra on Thursday called for members of the National Rifle Association to be killed by firing squad.
Sinatra—the daughter of legendary crooner Frank Sinatra—shared the sentiment on Twitter following the murder of 59 people in Las Vegas by a mass shooter over the weekend.

In response to criticism, Sinatra clarified that she did not mean all gun owners, just NRA members.

In 2013, the NRA estimated it had five million members. When another Twitter user asked Sinatra to explain why she thought every NRA member should be killed, Sinatra did not challenge the interpretation of her remarks.

Her targeted audience didn’t specify blacks, gays, jews, or islamists so the answer would be no.
I’m convinced this twitter thing - and perhaps social media in general - are making people crazy.
Nancy Sinatra is just a little harsh, there.
Comes of too much sex, drugs & rock’n’roll in the early years. Completely destroys the practice of the judicious use of language, and any kind of critical or analytical thinking.

She thinks NRA members like me should be executed in front of a firing squad (as do MANY of her ilk).
But I’m worse than just a member of the NRA. I’m also a Christian conservative vet. Guess that makes me an irredeemable deplorable.
