Would seem the guy did not own guns and did not know how to fire them. The man speaking here is a former Marine and knows something is just wrong.
"Would seem" is the operative phrase here.
How can anyone say the guy did not own guns if there have already been comments cited in the media from the owners of two gun shops in the Las Vegas area who claim that they sold guns to Paddock, and that he passed all the necessary background checks?
Who do you think has a better grasp on the truth here -- the next door neighbor who gets on Savage's radio show (now there's credibility for you; the host doesn't even use his real name), or a gun store owner who presumably has a paper trail to verify what he's saying?
Something ain’t right.
“Would seem the guy did not own guns”
Yet neighbors (Reno-Misquite?) saw he had a huge gun safe in his garage. AND more importantly Gun shops have already come forward that they sold the dirt bag guns. Sheesh!
Of course “something is wrong”.
A retired, 64yr old accountant with no military training and very little, if any, experience with guns was able to accomplish the following:
From a downward angle of 30deg and a range of 500 yards...in the dark...keep a fully automatic rifle in the “kill box” size of about 1 acre. And deliver at least 500 rounds into that box in 10 mins.
That’s professional grade shooting.
And this guy was a 64yr old retired accountant and drunken gambler.
On it’s face it does not appear plausible.
