This is the crap they are teaching kids these days. A Pennsylvania State University professor recently wrote working hard was part of the white ideology and is therefore racist.
These liberals sure seem to be pushing for white genocide?

Pennsylvania State University-Brandywine professor Angela Putman recently asserted in an academic paper that the notion “if I work hard, I can be successful” is merely a product of white ideology, reports Campus Reform.
Angela Putman conducted a study to critique and examine “ideologies within college students’ discourse that are foundational to whiteness.” Her resulting conclusion published on Thursday was that “meritocracy”, or the belief that people should rise based on the fruits of their own labor, is a “white ideology.” In her mind, this “white ideology” is unfortunately widely accepted in academia.
But, Professor Putman argues that professors can change this “ideology” by teaching students “how racism and whiteness function in various contexts, the powerful influence of systems and institutions, and the pervasiveness of whiteness ideologies within the United States.”
The professor is a big Colin Kaepernick fan.

Such people can only hide in academia. The real world (and I don’t just mean business) but rather, everywhere else where people must deal with each other on a daily basis - has absolutely no use for clowns like her.

This moron is a professor at a backwater branch campus of Penn State--not U Penn--near Brandywine, PA. In the past 11 years, she has 5 publications, none of them in peer reviewed journals. Plain and simple: she's a quack, not a scholar.

And it does not appear to be very prevalent in other races.
Their goal is to one day harness the productive idiot/slaves (people who love to work very hard for very little in return) to pull the wagon of the world’s deadbeats—which the learned lazy will drive. The ultimate end of the “from each according to their ability. To each according to their need” credo.

If you are going to identify races by color then Michelle Malkin is “white” as are most Chinese and Southeast Asians. If you call all Caucasians “white” as is commonly done, then you have to include some coal black Dravidians in India.
Ever since the likes of Ward Churchill caught my attention, you can scratch the surface and find these loons throughout academia. Hickey stick Michael Mann is from Penn State as well. I would hope the Engineering school still teaches their sunsets well. I count my lucky stars for my professors at Villanova. I only hope they haven’t become infested with this kind of slob teaching students.

I’m a proud half-breed, as defined by the Ol’ West, (which means for those in Rio Linda that I’m half Mojave and half white), and have believed and engaged in hard work all my life, up to my retirement.

This thing is saying that White = hard work and non-White = live off the work of Whites. Truer words were never spoken.
I've traveled pretty extensively in parts of the world where "blackness","brownness" and "yellowness" ideologies were very pervasive indeed.With the possible exception of Japan these regions/countries were places in which very,*very* few Americans would...of *any* color...would choose to live.
