I think I have this figured out.
Lots of people from Edmonton head to Las Vegas for the winter.
They are obviously taking these goldfish with them.
Then, they bring the goldfish back with them in the spring.
It’s like the salmon in Alaska, only the goldfish are in Winnebagos.
