Not sure why middleweight Okami who was well under the 205 limit took this fight. Maybe they just wanted a big Japanese name for the main event.
Yeah I agree...great guy but he’s done. Time to enjoy the finer things.
Even a beast like Fedor faded with time; no sense in taking more punishment especially if you’ve prepped your finances.
I’d like to see fedor fight again- his fight agaisnt Matt mighta been a fluke- lucky punch on just the right spot- hopefully he’ll fight another fight-

My UFC picks wouldn’t have fared very well, except for OSP and Kim. By the way, is “Maestro” Dong Hyun Kim the same fighter as “Stun Gun”? Same name, new nickname?

It’s a different Dong Hyun Kim.
“Maestro” is 7 years younger and fights at 155 (Stun Gun fights at 170)
Never mind on the Kim question, I saw your post upthread that they’re two different guys with the same name, fighting in the same weight class.
Sherdog has them both at 170. {{{shrugs}}}
Maybe they can fight each other and cause mass confusion. LOL
Apparently he used to fight at 170, (and middleweight before that, a long time, according to wikipedia) and currently fights at 155 (except for one bout at 170 he took in his UFC debut)
The fight against Gomi was at 155.
