Senior cadet Steven Fox from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs is accused of assaulting a date he brought to an AFA dance back in 2015, KKTV reported.
Court papers accuse Fox of penetrating the man with a finger without his consent and rubbing himself against the mans leg for sexual gratification, The Gazette reported.
Foxs defense lawyers say the acts were consensual and the two men were dating at the time.

The people who promoted this crap in the military should be ashamed of themselves and held in contempt.
What is it if the guy he was with identified as a woman? It’s so confusing...
And after this is accomplished, a brave new world begins,
When all men are paid for existing, and no man must pay for his sins...
The Russians and Chinese are laughing. We’re still paying for sodomites’ sex mutilation operations into next year
They should be booked on Dancing With The Stars.
Dancing the Tyburn Jig.

Back in my day, the Marines had a special treatment for ‘do funnies’ in the brig.
Yes, BOTH parties to the brig in most cases, an exception may be if the ‘done’ had bruises on him...It then moved in early 60s to Gen Discharge, then don’t ask don’t tell and whatever the f they are doing now.
Like the old chief said When I came in it was a brig offense.
Then it became optional
I AM GETTING OUT
Before it becomes mandatory.
I was back at the Academy in 2012 for my 20th. The environment there was damn near unrecognizable. I’m not going back for my 25th this month. The place is that far gone from its peak. I can only begin to imagine the damage Obama did over the last 8 years. In fact, between Clinton and Obama, they had 16 of the last 24 to screw the military up.
My ex-BIL graduated in the late senenties. Does LCWB ring any bells? His class wanted that engraved on their rings, and almost got it before someone pulled the plug.
Wait, he did this to another guy? Homos are freaking everywhere!!!
We are so screwed.
So it is. I never knew about Quinn. He came up with his first law possibly a few years before I noticed the mathematical consistency of this particular phenomenon.
Heh, I remember that. I was already a prior service captain at the time and I didn’t go to the academy.
They were upset because they had to put up with what the rest of us on active duty already put up with. They thought that they were privileged and found out that it was all sunshine pumped up their skirts.
The academy is fine but the minute after they toss their caps they are all still green lieutenants and it is time to get over the hype and start learning how to be a real officer in the working AF.
Senior cadet needs to reimburse the American taxpayers for his entire education.
Future wars are going to be fought (and hopefully won) with technology and/or small units of elite soldiers; this government acknowledged that much of the military is just an employer of last resort, and as such a petri dish for social experimentation. When you see a cluster of black women posing at an academy with raised clenched fists, you know these are people who will never serve in combat - in fact, they can never be deployed in any area where real skill/knowledge will play any role.
I am giving this a lower case wtf???
Gives a whole new meaning to “tip of the spear”, no?
true...useless eaters getting Federal Gov paychecks.
I won’t overlook the sacrifices many have made, including the ultimate sacrifice; I just know that for far more, they sign up with no intention of ever being deployed into a danger zone. There are single mothers in the military; where would they ever be sent?
I remember years ago when the Newark Star-Ledger ran a sob story about two reservists who were called up (I believe for Gulf War II); it showed a picture of them in their uniforms on either side of their young child. Why were these two enlisted in the Army? Who didn’t foresee this nonsense that would arise when Uncle Sam came to collect?
What were some of the specific ways it had changed? Interested to know.
