Thursday night's Rams-49ers game may be the toughest sell in the history of Levi's Stadium. As of Wednesday, resale tickets were being offered on StubHub for as low as $14 to see the team host the Los Angeles Rams at 7 p.m. That price is just cheaper than buying a pair of $7.50 pretzels through the Levi's Stadium app and comparable to the price of a beer and a hot dog at the the three-year-old arena. According to the team's seat licensing map, the cheapest original face value for any seat is $85.

Is that 7pm eastern?
London NFL games are even worse than Thursday Night Football.
Football is American - no games in London, Meeheeco City, ....
And for $10.00 at least you get a beer . . . something you will desperately need if you actually go to the game.
Kickoff 5:30 PM PST.
Loved them with mustard.
They just better not do any closeups.
Corporations buy a lot of tickets, but that doesn’t mean people use those tickets at the games. But they do count as tickets sold.
Kaeperdick left a nasty, odious stain on the 49ers.
The salt on those suckers wasn’t recognizable; it was a white spot on the brown pretzel. Damn good with a chocolate egg cream tho!
Ptuh!
Why would they put this on primetime?
At the very least the NFL should kick off its season on Sunday
The NFL and the NCAA figured they could make even more money with Thursday night games, but I think even in a football loving country games shown on weeknights is a little too much to take. I like football but do I want to catch a Mid-American Conference college game on a Tuesday or Wednesday night on ESPN. There is something special about football since teams play just once a week. No other sport has a buildup of anticipation by its fans more than college and pro football. Leave Friday nights for high school games, all day Saturday for college and Sunday for the pros. I think there is some oversaturation of the sport right now!
Kneel Dow and then pay $7
Kneel Down and then pay $7
lol. That means an hour before the game you should be able to scalp a ticket for 5 bucks.
My former employer has an office several hundred yards from Levi Stadium. I know people who park in their daytime lot and walk to the stadium.
I am done watching overpaid prima donna thugs play or pretend to act while shooting the finger at me.
I’d rather watch our local high school teams than these “professional” teams.
More excitement, more surprises, more fun, better for your community, and more economical for the whole family.
