Megyn Kelly revealed in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that it was President Trump's constant attacks that led to her decision to depart Fox News after a 12-year career with the cable news network. The NBC host also said that she left the legal profession to get into journalism because she enjoyed reporting the news, but did not enjoy the amount of political coverage she eventually had to do as the host of her primetime show, 'The Kelly File.'

She is a liar. Her constant attacks on Trump were audition tapes
to get another job at another network.
Her new summer show failed
And her coming morning show will fail.

I wonder if she will last at NBC until Christmas.
She was the one attacking Trump. She went after him as if it was personal, not professional. She crossed the line, she should not be surprised there was backlash from him and his supporters when she crossed the line. Then she kept doing it over and over. It was not only unprofessional, it got old real quick.
The truth is she thought she was making herself a star doing it, she found out too late those that loved what she was doing were not going to actually watch her on TV. Their support of her craziness did not translate to ratings.
As some others have done before, she angered her audience and she did not get enough new fans to replace those she lost.
She started it. Trump finished it with the backing of his many voters. She felt bolstered by Never Trumpers, Glenn Beck and others who bashed Trump but America voted for him for president and now her career is in the toilet.
Does Kelley have a book out called WHAT HAPPENED?

Let’s say you are covering a primary as a journalist and commentator and you decide to openly start a vendetta against the strongest candidate.
How will that work out for you?

Indeed. But she’s just admitted to being more than a little dumb as well. First, she concedes that “Trump Wins! Trump Wins!” She quit in defeat.
Second, Progressives will never forgive her for being at Fox in the same way they only love her and guys like Mitt Romney when they’re attacking Trump. After you’ve served as a Prog’s useful tool, they turn on you.
Third, conservatives will never support her again in viewership, if they ever did.
Fourth, her looks are failing her, when really, that’s what helped her break in.
I don’t know...this seems like another reason to like Trump!
