I bet virtually any CongressCritter coul manage it on 174K a year since they probably added enough loopholes for themselves to avoid paying income tax, they probably have a way to legally dip into campaign contributions, they get free "Cadillac Plan", zero deductible healthcare, etc, which allows them to use the 174k as spending money.
