The fridge, which had been left in the middle of the street, was spotted shortly before 6 a.m. by a male passerby, who opened it and saw the deceased man inside, Ontario police Sgt. Jeff Higbee told the San Bernardino Sun. The passerby immediately alerted authorities, who responded to the scene to investigate.

A cause of death was not immediately known, but there were no obvious signs of trauma on the body, which was fully clothed, Higbee told the newspaper.

In the old days the seals were so good you could breathe up all the oxygen inside in a relatively short period of time. Federal regs changed that.
Why investigate? Assuming the deceased knew something about the Clinton Foundation, it is a clear case of suicide.

Perhaps he was put into the fridge when it was still plugged in, to delay decomp and obscure the time of death.
(Recall seeing shows where the a/c is set on lowest setting to do that and give the killer an alibi?)
