The sheriff in the article, Troy Nehls, looks just like former Dodge County, Wisconsin Sheriff Todd Nehls. I wonder if they are related? Todd Nehl's father was also a sheriff. His father had real bull's horns mounted to the grill of his squad car, which was not a common sight in Wisconsin!
