I used to head our professional society and was extremely active in the community so was always required to attend innumerable meetings. But I refuse to fly. I always made that a condition of employment. So IBM shipped me cross country 2-3 times per year, and I always went with a video camera. The problem is what do you do with so much footage. For me, the answer is a music video. It's an answer I recommend to others, too.

Thanks for sharing that. Very nice, and lucky for you that IBM was OK with it. When I have time I love train travel. It seems some of those scenes were filmed from the Zephyr? I've always wanted to buy one of those unlimited passes for a month, which pretty much allows you to travel on any train on any route (of course fine print says ‘some restrictions’).

I liked the scene shot from the rear of the train with a sharp curve where you could see most of the train enter a tunnel. It appears you generally travelled in a compartment but you roamed the train to shoot your videos, especially from the rear and out the back door. Did you ever encounter much problem from the crew?
