I just bought a very similar fabric jacket and palazzo pants set (can I say, cough, Slinky, cough?). The fabric used to be called ‘straw pleat’ but more gauzy and flowy now than the 90s version. It seems to be pretty popular.
Maybe one day Melania will do a ‘workout’ interview and let us know how she keeps her upper arms so toned!
