No, Harvey is a Pooka.
A 6’2” Pooka that looks like a Rabbit.

Been watching it since he started. Insane. Bad idea parking next to that Walmart concrete panel. Squish.

I just checked two weather stations currently in the eye. Neither of them got above 90 mph when the eyewall passed. They did get some gusts over 100, though.

I wonder what the elevation is there with all that rain on the way.
To: Moonman62
I have been in 70 mph sustained wind. Check out close to the end of jeffs first periscope and tell me that is between 90 and a 100. No friggin way. Steel I beams buckling. Roofs flying off that are anchored into brick columns via i beams. That was a hell of a lot more than a 90 to a hundred mile an hour eye wall.
To: Karl Spooner
They are well above storm surge levels. I heard them calibrating their barometers. Something like 16 feet as I recall with no waterway inundation points close. Jeff was discussing how two streets over are most likely under water because of the surge.

Love this guy. He’s a nut. He chases tornadoes as well.

That’s a 21st Century A-V freelancer for you. He’d have been safer standing halfway up the perimeter fence at Langley Air Force Base. /s
