...two defendants Ricky (Lovelien) and Steve (Stewart) were completely acquitted.....but two defendants Scott (Drexler) and Eric (Parker) have pending charges meaning there was no verdict, hung jury on just a few of the charges, four for Eric and two for Scott.....
.....it has been verified by prosecutor Myhre today that he intends and is prepared to go forward immediately for the third trial just related to the remaining charges for each individual defendant.

...But not, not without major limitations just let me clarify. They will be released to pretrial services under a significant amount of limitations. Right now they are both housed in a halfway house here in Las Vegas until everything at home in Idaho is verified and proven to the court to satisfy the court....
.....it could be a few days it could be long as a week but then once that is satisfied they will be released to travel from the halfway house in Las Vegas to their residences proscribed by the pretrial services release conditions to those residences in Idaho.....

Planned trial date for Eric Parker and Scott Drexler is September 25th in Las Vegas at the federal courthouse.
Would they do this if the defendants were black or Muslim?
Do these people realize how some citizens no longer respect them?
Obviously this federal parasite has nothing else to do out in the far West but persecute gun owners. How much are we paying him for that?

Jury nullification!
Our nation is trillions in debt and there are some serious issues on the table like a wall on our southern border and they keep going after the Bundys and these two guys over the Bunkerville Standoff.
Carol Bundy (wife of the jailed Cliven) posted a video last Sunday saying shame on people in Washington like Jeff Sessions the AG and Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke who both have power to do something to stop the insanity going on with this prosecutor.

Carol Bundy is 1000% correct to call him out. What a mole he turned out to be. I hope we don’t have to wait until PDJT’s 2nd term to give this snake the boot.

My experience in showing up for jury duty is that his or her honor goes into excruciating detail about how any talk of jury nullification will NOT BE TOLERATED IN THEIR FAIR COURT!!!!

Based on a couple of previous posts that indicate you are really not up to speed on the issue, I am not sure what your point is, especially in view of the treatment of those tied to the Bundy issue, that has been clearly much more egregious than that of rioters, murderers, and protestors in large metropolitan areas. Fortunately, there was no violence at Bundy Ranch, or at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, other than the murder of Lavoy Finicum by the State, on a public highway some miles from the refuge.

The New York Times published a story on the trial mentioning that Roger Stone has been supportive of the Bunkerville-Bundy case and this petition is his deal.
I hope this leads to President Trump acting.
Also in the mix is a guy from New Hampshire who actually worked for President Trump’s election through chairing Veterans for Trump in that state during the primary in 2016.
Jerry Delemus had a stiff sentence imposed on him by Judge Gloria Navarro after pleading guilty although he tried to withdraw his guilty plea.
Delemus was right there with his wife and President Trump in a picture taken during the campaign. He needs a pardon for sure.
