It’s storming in Charleston SC. Schools businesses closed and hotels packed for the big event due at any moment.

An unnamed source at CNN, or possi ly the AP or the NYT, are reporting Brian Williams has gone completely blind from staring at Hillary Clinton.

Isn’t this nice? - One day where no one is protesting - Tomorrow back to the new normal.

I have remote control PTZ head that can go at a turtle’s pace. The type is variable speed.

It’s been a couple of years since I used it for anything maybe.

Here is an example.

Doing smooth pans and tilts are a whole lot easier than I can do handheld. Rarely, if ever, any noticeable jitter on my GH4.

Some people are acting like this is a big deal, the end of the world. I just saw one headline “Cows Lay Down in Fields”. That is not so abnormal. I
bet you will also find that in the main path with full eclipse many chickens laid eggs twice today. I seen it happen when I was a kid on stormy days when it got really dark. No doubt though some nut will put out a headline “Chicken Lays Twice on Same Day, Is This a Sign of the End?

Raining here. No chance of seeing even the partial eclipse.

In Michigan I did not see an eclipse . . . therefore, it didn’t happen. They lied!
