On the right of the home page is a box to enter the link to a website that will like to make an archived copy of. It will copy and archive the page as it was when you created the copy.
The site also allows you to site-search for a given link to see if it is already in their archive. However, websites can and do change, Wikipedia quite often. So in order to find a particular version of the page that you want, you should have some general idea of the date when the content appeared as you want it.
