President Donald Trump has offered his condolences to the family of the woman killed when a car slammed into a crowd of pedestrians on the Downtown Mall.
"Condolences to the family of the young woman killed today, and best regards to all of those injured, in Charlottesville, Virginia," he tweeted. "So sad!"
Charlottesville police Chief Al Thomas says a 32-year-old woman was killed when a car plowed into a crowd of counter-protesters on the Downtown Mall. The death is being investigated as a homicide, and the suspect is in custody, Thomas said.
The identity of the woman is being withheld until family can be notified.

And the identity of the killer is also being with held until the media can figure out how to blame some one else.
If these antifa types would have just stayed home and ignored these other guys, nothing would have happened. That means I blame those who participated. They asked for this.
The Left is distorting the coverage of this in a huge way. The mayor is openly blaming Trump. I wait until the per is identified. Press is beating the usual tribal drums.

As others have suggested, they’ve probably held off ID’ing the suspect until the feds can look at or scrub their Internet history.
No mention of the antifa people and other liberal groups.

Indeed the streets were filled with human scum, until the men in blue came along to keep this from becoming even more deadly. POTUS was right to condemn all sides (and God only knows how many sides are out there and who is funding them). Cuckservatives need to shut the bleep up until this is all sorted out.
