I think it’s simpler than that. Jamie is too proud to run. He’s not going to abandon his men. He’s going to die fighting. He sees Danaerys within reach. So ....

Thanks for that. I didn’t understand why LF got rattled when Bran said that.
Bran was watching.

Im dying to see if Arya gets to Hillary, I mean Cersei..Im betting she disguises herself as JaimeI think Jaime will die. Cersei needs to lose everyone she has ever loved. At some point I believe only Tyrion, the brother she despises, will be the only other remaining Lannister.
Who will Arya disguise herself as? There's a reason she commented on her father's statue in the crypts. "It doesn't look like him." or something to that effect.

I am not reading these threads.
I am collecting the current episodes on my TiVo DVR so I can binge them this season, like I did last year.
IIRC, this season is only 7 episodes, but some of them are extended by several minutes. Next season will have about 6 episodes, but they are supposed to run about 80-90 minutes each.

"siege at Westerly Rock"
I'm guessing you mean Casterly Rock. In episode 3 it was confusing because they showed the Lannister Army on the march right after they showed the unsullied taking Casterly Rock, but I believe the Lannister army was actually marching towards High Garden at that point. The only thing that was at Casterly Rock was a small force to guard the castle and Yuron's navy taking out the ships that brought the unsullied there.
I don't believe there is any other siege going on. As far as I can see, Cersei is in big trouble, because the only Army she had that we are aware of is the one that just got torched (literally) and it looks like the survivors in next week's preview are being told to "bend the knee" so they may be rolled into Danareys army. However, it was noted that the money made it to Kings landing so perhaps she can borrow more money from the iron bank and when you have money, you can always get an army...

My understanding was that the same happened to the actress Alison Arngrim who played Nellie Oleson on “Little House on the Prairie”.
People would project their dislike of the character Nellie onto the actress. I seem to recall a piece of trivia that she was once hit in the head by a can of soda by a fan who disliked the way she (Nellie) treated Laura.

He'll make it out of the water though.

I would like to see Bronn take some shock troops to the dungeons to rescue his beloved from Dorne (and her mom) Well...his beloved...the last of the Sand Snakes is dead.
My prediction is that when next we get to see the dungeon where Ellaria Sand was chained up to watch her daughter die, we will see that she has escaped.
The next time we'll see her is when she finally dispatches Cersei Lannister. As gruesomely as possible I hope.

Seems highly unlikely......that he could regain consciousness, remove his armor and swim 50+ feet straight up before he starts sucking in water.
But, it's GoT and they went off book a long time ago. Anything is possible.

Also, Bronn handled the scorpion by himself. I’m sure if there are multiple scorpions set up in defense of King’s Landing, they are probably crew served in order to make it more effective.

There is an important understanding why dragons were driven to extinction in that realm (Which is one reason why Tyrion does not want to use them). You will see why that is when one dies.

Jack Gleeson, who played 'Joffrey' character was so loathed he's left acting.

I think that this sets up a total isolation for Ciersi at the end of the seasonShe could seek an alliance with the Night King. Somewhere in the books is mention of a legend of the Night King, thousands of years ago, consorting with a living woman. (I don't remember the details and whether it was consensual or a kidnapping.) If I recall correctly, it was a very brief mention and was not developed. Nor has it been foreshadowed in the show. That probably makes it an outside shot, but it's within the realm of GRRM's magical universe.

Adding: Do you recall when Yara led a raid on Ramsey’s castle to set Theon free, only he was too brainwashed to go with her?
Foreshadows Theon pulling the same stunt at King’s Landing to Free Yara and gain back some redemption.

Career wise the same thing happened to Bruce Dern after his character killed John Wayne in The Cowboys.

If that battle scene doesn’t win an Emmy, there’s something wrong. That was epic.

Think that scene was filmed in Spain but could be mistaken.
