I’ve hated The Eagles since the first time I heard them.

Their best work was Desperado. It was all L.A. after that.

The Eagles had a few good songs. Sometimes I would get them mixed up with the band America, they sang some similar stuff.
I do agree that Bruce Springsteen has always been a blowhard and overrated. I can’t think of one thing he did I ever liked. I think Clarence Clemmons might have been the only one in that band with any talent.

Love Vince, but with only one original member they are more a tribute band than they are the Eagles.

I could listen to Joe Walsh all day and all day AND all night on Sundays. I also love Steve Miller from that era.
I cannot STAND, ‘America.’
And I can probably live the rest of my life without hearing, ‘Hotel California’ ever again.
EVER. AGAIN.

Back when I was single I dated a woman that had previously dated Glenn Frey during her college years. Probably around the time he and Janie Beggs split up.
Does that get me Eagles royalty checks?

Joe Walsh, who became an Eagle in 1975, brought his high-voltage electric-guitar mastery to song after song, especially his solo numbers and pre-Eagles work with the James Gang: Lifes Been Good, Funk #49, and Rocky Mountain Way.
Sorry Skippy, only one of those songs is from the James Gang.
