Boiled, baked, or fried?
Whole. And they get along with other pets, too. “Look Fifi, I got a new friend for you”.
“Her pet boa” what a jerk!
Lucky they called the fire department and not the police department. Who knows who might have gotten shot had the PD responded.
Just kidding (maybe).
” Good question. Quick response by the EMT/fire department I guess? Sounds as if it was attempting to eat her.”
They do swallow head first.
“Her pet boa what a jerk”
People who have snakes for pets are either nuts or genuine, trained, dedicated herpetologists.
Ping!
Dang; I was hoping there was a pic...
Perfect. :)
Yes, but will they get along with Spot, Rover, and Muffy?
Boas don't get much longer than 6 feet or so, and probably have insufficient strength to kill an adult human by wrapping around their neck. They also don't have the instinct to try to kill something far larger than they can eat.
Now, a python, on the other hand—no problem...
In a 911 call about 2 p.m. Thursday, the woman identifies herself as a 45-year-old...
These days, that doesn't mean a thing. What did she identify herself as at 8 a.m. Thursday? What will she identify herself as at 5 p.m.?
Ping to you sweetheart.........LOL!
What state was she in?
(Assuming Florida, but you never know...)
Did you listen to her 911 call?
Ohio
Yup they sure do, for lunch. http://www.inquisitr.com/888725/boa-constrictor-kills-two-kids-in-canada-pet-store-responds-on-facebook/
have the Snake Lives Matter people started national protests yet?
It was only 5 feet long... not even big enough to knock her down or anywhere near heavy enough to keep her from getting up - she could have gotten up after being startled and staggered into the kitchen for a knife. [She was probably carrying the tank in with the lid half off and her nose sticking over the top as she walked ... but the snake was probably getting ready to shed and half blind and grumpy or hungry...when it went for the opening , detected the carbon dioxide from her exhaling, and clamped onto her mousy little nose.]
