All congressmen and federal employees have better healthcare insurance than everyone else; they are exempt from Obamacare. We need a law and policy that states all federal employees must be subject to and abide by all laws that they create. They shall participate in all programs including healthcare, identical to taxpayers, NO EXCEPTIONS.

WHY, oh WHY can’t they do a Health Insurance for the BARE necessities, one that covers traditional diseases and illness, and let people pay for their own sex changes, tummy tucks, botox treatments, breast enlargement, viagra, shrinks, and happy pills.
Someone better versed in this, correct me if necessary — but isn’t this something that Trump could do unilaterally, by executive order? Because it is not creation of law (which is the purview of Congress), but rather modifies the application/execution of existing law (which is the job of the Executive branch).

But that won't happen until the states convene an Article V convention to suggest Constitutional amendments. If we get that, I'd prefer something more direct and effective:
"No person, who having served all or part of any term in Congress as of the date this Amendment becomes effective, may serve all or part of any term in a further Congress."

Someone made the comment that such an EO violates “separation of powers”. It probably does since the Constitution specifically empowers Congress to make its own rule.

I actually Trump mishandled this right from the start. He should have had an ally in the House introduce a bill that requires all federal employees except for the military and all elected federal officials to be in Obama care (including all congressional staffers). Its not to late and it would force the Dems to eat their own dog food.
They are enrolled in Obamacare. In 2014 members of congress and their staffs were taken out of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program FEHBP)and given the option of enrolling in DC Health Link the Obamacare program for the Washington DC region. They get 72% of the policy fees covered and they pay for the rest.
For some reason I have been told that the President can make this happen by decree.
Really? If so, make it so.
If it is to be a law that has to come from congress anyone who thinks they will do this anymore than they will pass a law to term limit themselves is out of their mind and needs to suck in a huge dose of reality.

I truly believe that this whole health care thing is about special treatment for the homosexuals... HIV is the big problem for the queers, very expensive, and they need to get that pay for by the government....
