They are enrolled in Obamacare. In 2014 members of congress and their staffs were taken out of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program FEHBP)and given the option of enrolling in DC Health Link the Obamacare program for the Washington DC region. They get 72% of the policy fees covered and they pay for the rest.

I don’t know why people think Congress are exempt from Obamacare. It was a big deal when the amendment to force them into it was passed.
