I don’t know why people think Congress are exempt from Obamacare. It was a big deal when the amendment to force them into it was passed.

The subsidies are almost 75% paid by the taxpayers. They aren't really in Obamacare if they don't have to endure the skyhigh deductibles and obscene premiums. Let them pay the same way the American citizens do - out of their own pockets.
