Vanity - Democrats should stand alone/isolated on "Obamacare" implosion.

Posted on 07/28/2017 7:42:53 AM PDT by JLAGRAYFOX

Hints for the day: McConnell, Ryan & Preibus must go...right now. Let the Democrats stand 100% alone...and let Obamacare do its thing, self -destruct. Obamacare will implode and the Demoicrat Party will kill itself off. If McConnell & Ryan play footsies with the Democrats, I can assure you, the Democrats will get everything they want, heading to a "single payer" government run healthcare system & full blown socialism.

As for traitors, McCain, Murkowsky & Collins......pay them no mind whatsoever.....their political careers are finished and, they will flame out on their own with no help needed from us.

We, the people must continue to support POTUS, DJT, 100% & zero all of our efforts, money and attention on defeating every single Democrat and RINO that we can in the upcoming 2018 Mid-Term elections. Actually, the insane idiot traitor McCain may have done us all a great favor last night.

The problem is even if the exchanges implode, which they are/will, that doesn’t get rid of the individual mandate for those working at company’s that offer plans, it doesn’t eliminate employers of 50 or more employees being required to offer the plans, it doesn’t get rid of insurers inability to offer disaster coverage plans, it doesn’t get rid of the massive expansion of medicaid, it doesn’t get rid of the massive tax increase, etc.

I admit that I stopped paying a lot of attention to this, out of disgust for the Republicans failure to take any meaningful action.

Is it now true that repeal is gone and replace is gone, and that the nation will now live with the current implementation of Obamacare, for better or worse?

I’m somewhat fine with that. Because I think it will be a terrible, terrible, terrible thing. I hope people eventually decide that maybe government should play no role at all.

I disagree, we can SAVE Obamacare, we just need to Fully Implement it and give the Uniparty exactly what they are asking for.

I believe President Trump should Call their Bluff and Force the Issue.

When and ONLY WHEN Government Lives under the Same Laws as us will anything substantial happen

OBAMACARE Can be Saved!!

There are about 22 MILLION Public Employee’s Nationwide that are Ineligible for Subsidies, this infusion of New Paying Customers will SAVE OBAMACARE. the SEIU and every other Public Employee UNION fully Endorse Obamacare and have held numerous rallies in support thereof.

Let’s Give them what they want!

I believe our Public Employees deserve the Best Health Care America has to offer, and that is the Official Government Health Care Plan, Obamacare. So why don’t you quit pussyfooting around and Proudly Proclaim your desire to see that ALL Federal Employees receive the Finest, Most Affordable Health Care the US has to offer, OBAMACARE.

All the Money currently wasted on these inferior high priced cadillac plans can be diverted to the Wall.

There is ONLY ONE WAY to make it happen:

Executive Orders or Legislation, the chance of CONgress doing it are the same as OJ Confessing, so I am choosing Executive Orders.

1. All waivers to the Affordable Care act are hereby repealed.

2. There shall be NO funds drawn from the treasury to pay for Health Insurance for ANY Federal Employee except Members of the Armed Services.

3. ALL Federal Employees except members of the US Armed Services, SHALL purchase their own personal and Family Health Insurance from the Affordable Care Exchange in the state they legally reside.

4. There shall be NO Medicaid Reimbursement funds allocated to any State that does not have 100% of their Public Employees enrolled in the Affordable Care Act.

And to make sure it is Bipartisan, President Trump should VETO it every Time and FORCE them to Override his Veto to Repeal this Monstrosity.

Sign these 4 orders and it will be FULLY REPEALED in Less than 30 days.

NOT UNTIL, Anyone want to make a BET???

When and ONLY WHEN Government Lives under the Same Laws as us will anything substantial happen

Throughout the campaign, the President repeated how terrible Obamacare was. Did he ever actually mention a policy within the ACA that he believed needed to be fixed? Has he ever really put out his vision for what a repeal and replace plan would look like?

During the campaign he said he wouldn’t touch Medicaid, so we know he supported the expansion. We also know he supports providing insurance for those with pre-existing conditions.

Does be oppose the subsidies to help people buy insurance?
Does he oppose the minimum coverage requirements?
Does he oppose the individual mandate?
Does he oppose the business mandate?
Does he oppose the medical device tax?
Do you think the skinny repeal complies with his vision of repeal and replace?

Perhaps the Republicans in Congress are waiting for low-deductible Silver plans to disappear, as I suspect will be the case for most areas of the USA for the upcoming year.

Once Silver plans for an area have at least a $5,000 deductible then even Democrat politicians will concede a need for action.

Obamacare will not self-destruct. There will always be people willing to spend $7,000/$10,000/$15,000 to get $20,000/$30,000/$50,000 worth of benefits.

There will always be millions getting over 90% of their silver plan premiums federally paid.

The only way to get a zero-deductible plan will be to buy a Platinum plan.

Platinum plans will cost roughly 30% (for young folks) to 75% (for older folks) of the lower-priced Silver plan deductibles more than the maximum possible subsidy amount.

A 50-year old lifelong-freebie getter might actually have to pay $300/month for zero-deductible Platinum coverage.

I’ve been saying this all along.
Let Obamacare implode all on its own.

However, the Republicans and Trump ran on repeal an replace, not repeal. So they will own whatever mess they end up ‘replacing’ Obamcare with. Even if they don’t end up ‘replacing’ it, they will be blamed for undermining it by trying.

Replacing one government run health care with scheme with another government run healthcare scheme will only result in .... a government run healthcare scheme.

First, Trump should issue an EO placed all members of Congress and Senate, including there staff, to be place BACK onto obamacare. Originally, that was the case, but after enough congresscritters began to whine about the high costs and limited choices, HHS Sebelius re-interpreted the obamacare rules and granted all of Congress an exemption.

During these ‘efforts’ to repeal obamacare, I see no vested interest or passion from members of Congress. What I do see is more of a Mary Antionette mentality of “Let them eat cake”. The arrogance is obvious and appalling. Trump should do issue this EO in the Rose Garden publicly and conspicuously. You will hear a roar of cheers from across America.

Second, people who have seen dropped coverages and increased premiums should send their bills to members of the House and Senate, demanding them to be paid personally by Reps and Senators. FLOOD their offices with invoices and statements. Demand that members of Congress personally pay for these.

“ALL Federal Employees except members of the US Armed Services, SHALL purchase their own personal and Family Health Insurance from the Affordable Care Exchange in the state they legally reside.”

Yes!

Make it active members, so people like McCain, who might be on inactive status, don’t get a chance to weasel out.

Perhaps the federal employee coverage exchange and the PPACA exchange should simply be merged to avoid legal problems. Many Democrats might actually be willing to vote to do that.

Unfortunately elections have consequences or so we thought. The America people have, over a significant period of time, systematically elected people across the country to get rid of this albatross - Obamacare.

When given the chance to do the promised needful (I love that word), what we elected them to do, and they couldn't get the job done.

Further in a time of justified heightened cynicism toward government and its ability to do the will of people the Republicans confirmed everybody pre-existing thinking on politicians. Republicans had a huge chance to make up lots of trust lost and they blew it and everybody knows the whys and whos (TrumpHate, Money and the Power Power and the Money -sorry Coolio).

The fact most of us knew this was Kabuki just shows how blatant these S.O.B's are about the corruption. John McCain a member of the Keating 5 a group that took bribes is given the stake to drive in the heart of any Trump legislative success on his agenda. That McCain is considered a statesman in any quarter suggests such a deep level of shilling and paid off disinformation outlets has been around for several decades now - it was only the Trump campaign that blew enough truth in to the conversation to use to briefly see under the covers.

Now "They" are trying like holy hell to Anita Hill this whole Trump presidency and victory. 4 Trillion dollhairs at stake - they are set on removing Trump, the global cabal (and perhaps their masters - aliens, masons, satan, all of the above, your favorite puppet master) is doing their level best to bring about the new world order of serfdom, islam and automation

Huge needless missed opportunity by the Republicans - wow I'm so surprised.

Here’s the problem: the most likely aftermath of a clear & unambiguous Obamacare implosion will be the demand for more government involvement in healthcare, not less.

If you think GOP Inc doesn’t have the stones to repeal Obamacare now and enact some common sense reforms, wait until you see them in the wake of an Obamacare implosion.

We need a new second party. The GOP must go extinct.

Marie Antoinette was not being arrogant.

The law of the time not only regulated bread prices but of all baked goods, including cake, so bakers couldn’t add say some sugar or fruit to the bread dough, call it cake or pastry after baking and avoid the bread price regulations.

I could have missed it, but I have not heard one tweak from those that originally voted for Obamacare. IMHO tweaking a bill only voted on by one party, is suicide for the opposing party.

If anyone understands the motivation by John Insane, for his vote last night, I’m listening.

Do you think the skinny repeal complies with his vision of repeal and replace?

Repeal ACA!!!

If no Repeal then President Trump will "Veto" if he does not get a full repeal of ACA.

"How do you like them apples!!!"

Obamacare is a $1Trillion Dollar Tax Bill on "We the "People"----the American Taxpayer.

Also, we will primary the Republican Senators who voted for full Repeal in 2015 and then changed their minds in 2017 or did not vote for a full repeal this time around!!!

I know I have stopped donating to the Republican party and most folks have also stopped donating their hard earned dollars to the Republican party. They are only donating to those candidates that are truly conservative and not Rinos!!!

McConnell, Paul Ryan and Rinse should be gone as the so called leaders in the Pubblie party!11

We the people are so P.O.ed at these idiot Republicans this time around!!!
