DUNdun da da DUNdun da da DUNdun da da DUNdun da da DAAAAAAAAAH
I think Danerys is Jon’s aunt not sister.
Hi, did anyone else see the preview for next week’s episode? If so, did I just see Nymeria with Arya at the very end of the clip?
I think that Danerys is Jon's Aunt.
I believe his parents are Lyanna Stark and Raegar Targarian. Danny is the daughter of the mad King Aerys, sister of Raegar.
I think your wife may be correct in this. I never really thought about it; but, he did always have a quick quip for almost anything. And, it was usually funny and insightful.
That is correct
Are the books different than the HBO Series? I recall in the first season when Ned Starks wife, Catelyn Stark describes her heartache over him going off to war and bringing”another woman’s” child home to raise.
Or am I mistaken?
I am not disputing the parents of Jon Snow but merely that part recalled from early Season 1. She doesn’t like Snow.
I am told the books and the series have diverged.
“....Catelyn Stark describes her heartache over him going off to war and bringing another womans child home to raise. ...”
This particular chicken has come home to roost in a good way!
Meaning Jon Snow is a Stark-Targarian.
” the only plot device capable of removing Danis OP advantage”
Also if a dragon gets killed beyond the wall it could be resurrected into the dead.
Cool, thanks for the reply! Thought I was going crazy.
Then again Tyrion didn’t say anything smart already in the Dance of Dragons book.
BlA BlA BlA where do the whores go BlA BlA BlA.
Ned lied to his wife. Jon was his sister’s and Targaryen princes son, but if anyone had known the child would have been killed. That is why he lied that Jon is his son.
Speaking of Cersei, I forgot the FReeper who said this to me but Cersei in the guy’s opinion is like the Hillary Clinton of GOT.
In the GOT world I don’t think that will matter much.
You’re correct. You might also remember in the last GOT book Catelyn Stark is resurrected. Wonder if that’s going to be part of the story line.
Cut their supply lines.
He was the singing solider in that scene with Arya. I didn’t know about it beforehand or recognize him so it meant nothing to me but lots of people hated it. Poor guy has deleted his twitter account due to negative comments.
I liked that scene with Arya and the soldiers. I assume it was meant to humanize them in her eyes and get her to question the whole mass murder thing. If not her at least to remind the audience that these soldiers are just farmboys and fisherman who happened to be born on Lannister land.
Yes, it looks like it.
My biggest problem is Dragonstone itself, Show Stannis didn’t leave anyone there and Cersei never occupied it? She knows Dani is going there and just lets her have it. Euron sails right by it and doesn’t occupy it?
