"Arctic" global cooling sexism ping. What about transgender people? No word yet on how this affects different races.

It might have something to do with office attire.
Year round, most men are in at least long pants and a shirt. Some offices that shirt is long sleeved with a tie, and potentially a suit.
While women are in strappy shoes, short skirts and thin blouses for the summer.
Not saying I want to see women with more clothes on in the summertime, but when one wears less clothes, one should expect to be colder than mail counterparts that are more heavily clothed.

Any perceived difference is due to social conditioning. We just must adapt by being gender fluid.

This problem calls for more laws and a federal department to protect our rights to a temperate office climate control.

So we fix it by being biased against men?
Skru dat.
We have a separate office with women and they do keep it warmer...so warm I half expect them to be sunning themelves on the walls like lizards...complete with steam and jungle sounds.
And don’t get me started on the ones in menopause...they set the t-stat on “meat”.

About 50% of the people think it’s too cold.
About 50% of the people think it’s OK.
And the 50% who think it’s too cold are right, because Men are always wrong.

It turns out that science says the office A/C may be biased toward temperatures that more comfortable for men thanks to a formula from more than 50 years ago.
No, thanks to the ability of men to feel warm. There are typically more men than women in an office space, and it's far easier for women to bundle up if they're too cold than it is for a man to strip down if it's too warm.
First the nonsense about men leaving the toilet seat up after liberals insist on unisex bathrooms, then childish complaints about men spreading their legs too widely when seated, now this - feminism consists almost entirely of women trying to annoy and irritate men in the most childish ways possible.
To: ConservativeStatement
It’s not the heat it’s the humidity. Drier air feels colder. Thus, when women complain that they are “freezing” when the thermostat says 70 degrees, they need to get a humidifier for their personal space or put on a sweater.

“women think”
SOME women or ALL women? Explain which one, or the statement is invalid.
Something to think about. A man who cuts his dick off and calls himself a woman - does he feel cold in the office and put on a sweater?

Obviously, sexist men are in charge of the A/C. That’s why many of them spend so much time on the freezer aisle at the grocery store.

In my old office, we solved this by installing a “dead” thermostat.
People would adjust it up and down all day, and the temp stated at 74F.

They could raise the temperature a few degrees but then the women would complain that all the men in the office have B.O. Bitch, bitch, bitch...
I would agree that 71 is a bit cool. I’d suggest 73-74 for working in an office.

They should be at home baking cookies. The oven will warm them up.

Okay, so to the media — like all other leftist issues — it’s a matter of separating classes, sexes, and races into categories against each other. The basic issue is this:
It’s MUCH easier to warm up than to cool down. If women are cold, instead of complaining about sexism in air conditioning, put on a sweater! Outside of taking your clothes off, there’s no easy way for a man to cool down in a warm environment.
